Appendix S1 -
Mean frequencies of AFLP bands in population samples of Greek Dactylorhiza. Fourteen populations have been analysed and encoded (as in text Table 1). Two thousand one hundred and thirty-seven (2,137) AFLP bands were found using five selective primer pairs.
Appendix S2 -
Distribution of plastid haplotypes in the investigated material of Dactylorhiza from Greece. None of the haplotypes have been encountered from outside Greece, except for haplotypes D and T, which are widespread.
